Kelley earned his Ph.D. in Chemical Engineering from the University of Minnesota and has experience in discerning customer needs and a proven track record scaling and launching biotechnology, agricultural, food ingredient, and animal nutrition products.

"What attracted me to NewLeaf was the caliber of its management, its singular focus on M-trophs, and the incredible depth of knowledge in the company. I look forward to building the team's competency to further scale the manufacturing process to meet growing customer demand," Kelley said.

NewLeaf's Terrasym™ technology brings a new class of agricultural biologicals to the market. Terrasym 401 for soybeans and Terrasym 402 for peanuts have been launched in the US in 2018.
